Terms and Conditions

By placing your order with us, you agree to be subject to these terms and conditions.

NAMES
Please include the names of all tour members, the credit card holder's billing address and daytime phone number. All documents will be shipped to the billing address listed on the credit card. Credit card orders must have an exact match of cardholder name and billing address. We cannot ship to another person or another state.

HOTEL CHOICES
Please note a choice of hotel for the type a tour you've selected with more than 1 hotel option.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
All orders are assessed a minimum $12 shipping charge and a 3% handling fee. International shipping is a minimum of $38. Per Wisconsin state law, home game tour packages are assessed a 5.5% sales tax.

ROOMING REQUESTS
Adjoining room and smoking preferences will be honored in the order received. These requests CANNOT be guaranteed, but we usually can accommodate most requests. ORDER EARLY for best success.

BEDS
Rooms with single occupancy (1 person) will receive 1 bed. For rooms with double occupancy (2 people), indicate the desired bedding arrangement - 1 or 2 beds. All triple (3 people) and quad (4 people) rooms will have 2 beds.

SEATING LOCATIONS & SPECIAL REQUESTS
If the seating preference you order is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a different one. If you have ordered upgraded seating and it is not available and you receive a category of lower value, you will only be charged the appropriate lower price. Where groupings four or greater are ordered, unless we specifically state otherwise, there is a chance that the groupings will not be immediately seated together. We cannot guarantee exact rows, sections, or aisle seating. However, we always do our best to accommodate your desires and are usually successful. Seating for many events is quite scarce, so we may be unable to satisfy all of your requests. We may have to split up group seating requests. Occasionally, we may also have to substitute a lesser seating category, with a corresponding credit for the difference in value.

GUARANTEE
All orders are guaranteed! Once you place your order and payment is received, you are guaranteed to receive your tickets, subject to the conditions set forth above. In rare cases where we are unable to fill your order, we will issue a 150% refund, as sole compensation.

DOCUMENTS
Confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of payment. Final tour documents will be received via courier service a minimum 7 days prior to game date. Game tickets may be delivered on site where security and convenience factors make it necessary.

ORDER CHANGES
A revised confirmation will be provided by email in the event an order is changed. Any changes (i.e. name changes, hotel check-in and check-out dates, number of people, etc.) made within 60 days of the scheduled game date shall incur a $25 processing fee.

SPECIAL REQUESTS & ACCOMMODATIONS
While we do our best to accommodate your special requests (including—but not limited to—stadium seating requests, hotel room accommodations, smoking preference, special surprise gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, etc), due to the volume of orders received, mistakes can and do happen on occasion; thus, we cannot be held responsible if your request is not granted.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be received in writing. A full refund (less $200/person land; $300/person air) will be provided for all cancellations received 60 days or more from the scheduled game date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 60 day of the scheduled game date. Any cancellation fee due to a reduction in group size is not transferable to the balance of the group. Please note Brett's Steakhouse Tailgate and Ticket Packages are non-refundable. All Hotel Room "Only" purchases are also non-refundable; all sales are final.

INSURANCE
Information regarding trip cancellation insurance for tour packages is available online. CLICK HERE for information from a company we recommend for your trip insurance. NOTE: Insurance purchase is recommended, as no refunds are made if you cannot attend the tour for any reason, including weather.

CHANGES IN GAME SCHEDULES
In the unusual circumstance that the game you ordered is postponed or the date or time or venue changed, we cannot be responsible, nor can we issue refunds or accept cancellations. While this is rare, it could happen more often with the new “NFL Flexible Schedule” policy. In the case of tour packages that include game tickets, we will always fulfill our obligation to include all elements of the tours even if a game time changes, at adjusted times. We encourage those who are scheduling air to attend a game to consider that the game time might be moved when booking your return flights, as we cannot be responsible for missed flights due to game time changes. Where the game is completely canceled, we will issue a credit under your name for the purchase price (less shipping and handling), which can be used towards any future purchases with us.

LOST TICKETS
You are responsible to safeguard your tickets, once received. They cannot always be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Where we are able to replace game tickets, there will be a minimum fee equal to the face value, plus a one-time $25 fee. Some tickets can fade or be rendered unreadable when exposed to direct sunlight or extreme heat.

YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL CONDITIONS SET FORTH BY LAMBEAU FIELD OR OTHER HOST STADIUMS
Specifically, Green Bay City Ordinance provides that no beverages, thermoses, ice chests, coolers or jugs be brought on the premises. In addition, the Packers prohibit food items and glass containers from being brought inside Lambeau Field. Video cameras and still cameras with lenses over 12" are not allowed. You are permitted to use a still photo camera for your personal enjoyment. You acknowledge that all game attendees, regardless of age (including infants), must have a game ticket or will not be permitted into the stadium.

SHIPPING
DUE TO AN INCREASE IN FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SHIP TICKETS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. BECAUSE WE SHIP TICKETS VIA FED EX, WE CANNOT SHIP TICKETS TO P.O. BOXES. FED EX WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY. If your credit card billing address is a P.O. BOX, a company representative will contact you regarding shipping.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICES
DUE TO LARGE NUMBER OF ORDERS BEING PLACED SIMULTANEOUSLY (via phone, internet, mail, fax, travel agents, brokers), ALL PRICES AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. IN THE EVENT THE PACKAGE YOU ORDER IS NOT AVAILABLE, A REPRESENTATIVE WILL CONTACT YOU. IF AVAILABLE, WE MAY OFFER AN ALTERNATE HOTEL OR PACKAGE.
